Thon jaune
Le Thon jaune, ou Albacore est un thon que l'on pêche dans toutes les eaux des régions subtropicales et tropicales, mais pas en Méditerranée.
Son nom scientifique est Thunnus albacares, les anglais l'appellent Yellowfin tuna.
